Tapriza School is still in the top position of the thirteen senior secondary schools in Dolpo. Health post became a birthing clinic and the Yartsa Gunbu «gold rush» increasingly brings problems.

Our current newsletter brings you the latest news from the school and the health projects. We are delighted to announce that the Tapriza School once again acquired the top position among the 13 secondary schools in Dolpo. The Chunuwar health post next to the school was expanded into a simple birthing clinic. Pasang Dolma, the nurse we support,could already perform some ultrasound examinations and attend births. Also described are the growing problems in Dolpo due to the Yartsa Gunbu «gold rush».
