Dolpo Trekking 2022 - also with a visit to the Tapriza School (19/04/2022)

Tapriza board member and Dolpo expert Claudia Schmid leads this very personal trekking with visits to Tapriza, Shey Gompa, Crystal Mountain, Phoksumdo Lake.

With her, encounters and visits are possible, which provide a deep insight into life in an “other” world. We visit holy places and experience Bon religion and Buddhism. The trekking into the upper Dolpo demands a lot from you, it takes 36 days.

Claudia Schmid is on the board of the Tapriza association for schools and health projects. She has often travelled through the mountain region with its wild landscape and over the years created a large network with many friends that she will be happy to share with you.
